About Aviggo
Last updated: 13 September 2026
Aviggo is a Bangladesh-focused local work and services marketplace. Our purpose is to make practical skills, experience, small businesses and local services easier to discover by the people who need them.
We believe opportunity should not be limited to large companies, major cities or formal degrees. A skilled tradesperson, student, delivery worker, freelancer, shop owner, local business or someone with years of hands-on experience can all have valuable work to offer.
1. Why Aviggo
Every day, people across Bangladesh need someone reliable for a wide range of local tasks and services. At the same time, many skilled people and small businesses struggle to reach the customers who need them. Aviggo was created to reduce that gap.
2. Our purpose
Aviggo aims to make discovering, offering and arranging local work and services simpler, clearer and more trustworthy. We want people to find relevant providers nearby while giving skilled people a practical way to present their experience and access new opportunities.
3. Who Aviggo is for
Aviggo is for people looking for work, people offering services, customers seeking skilled help and local businesses that want to be discovered by nearby customers.
- Skilled and experienced individuals;
- Students and people entering the workforce;
- Freelancers and independent service providers;
- Tradespeople, technicians, helpers and field workers;
- Delivery and local support workers;
- Shops, small businesses and local service businesses;
- And people looking for useful local work or services.
4. The value of skills and experience
Not every useful skill is represented by a formal certificate or degree. Many people build real capability through years of hands-on work. Aviggo aims to make that practical experience visible. Where a regulated profession or service requires a licence, registration or qualification, those legal requirements still apply.
5. A simpler way to find services
People can use categories, search, location and Near Me features to discover relevant providers. Available profile information such as profession, experience, availability, ratings and reviews can help users make their own informed decisions.
6. A path to work opportunities
Providers can build service profiles that show their skills, experience, work area and availability. When jobs or requests are posted, relevant providers may express interest. Selection, booking, messaging, completion and review tools are designed to create a clearer work flow.
7. Local work, local people
Locality is an important part of Aviggo. For many tasks, finding a suitable person nearby can be more practical than searching far away. Location and distance-based discovery can help connect local needs with relevant local providers.
8. For local businesses
Aviggo aims to give small shops, local businesses and service providers a useful digital presence where they can present who they are, what they offer and when they are available. Business Profile and related tools are intended to help local businesses reach customers and build repeat relationships.
9. Near Me and Smart Search
Near Me and Smart Search are designed to do more than show a long list of results. Search terms, categories, location, distance, profile relevance and other appropriate signals may be used to surface more useful results. Search ranking is a discovery tool, not a guarantee of service quality.
10. Trust and safety
A local marketplace works best when users can review relevant information and have a way to report problems. Profile information, ratings, reviews, completed-work signals, messaging, reporting and moderation are part of Aviggo’s trust framework. See Safety & Trust for practical safety guidance.
11. Reviews and accountability
Reviews and ratings based on genuine work experiences can help future users make better decisions. Aviggo discourages fake reviews, manipulation and misleading information, and treats authentic feedback as an important part of a healthy marketplace.
12. Opportunity for more people
Aviggo aims to support opportunity for people in cities and rural areas, new and experienced workers, independent providers and local businesses, based on lawful skills and services. Dignity, respect and fair treatment are important foundations of the community.
13. Keeping technology simple
Our goal is not to make technology complicated. Search, profiles, booking, messaging, notifications and other features are designed with ordinary smartphone users in mind.
14. Our core principles
- Opportunity: connect practical skills and experience with real work opportunities;
- Locality: connect nearby people, businesses and needs;
- Trust: support informed decisions through information, reviews, communication and reporting;
- Simplicity: keep useful features understandable and accessible;
- Respect: encourage respectful treatment of customers, providers and businesses;
- Responsibility: grow with attention to safety, privacy and platform integrity.
15. What Aviggo is not
Aviggo is generally a marketplace platform that helps users find and connect with one another. Unless a specific flow expressly says otherwise, Aviggo is not the employer of every provider, the direct provider of every listed service or a party to every agreement between users. Users make their own decisions about suitability, scope and price. See the Terms of Service.
16. Growing responsibly
Our goal is not simply to add more features. We aim to improve Aviggo step by step based on real user needs, safety, performance, accessibility and trust. We do not want to add complexity that does not create practical value.
17. Our long-term vision
We imagine a Bangladesh where people with useful skills do not have to rely only on personal connections to find work, and where people seeking services have better ways to discover relevant local help. Connecting local skills, small businesses and everyday needs through technology is Aviggo’s long-term direction.
18. Building Aviggo with the community
Aviggo is an evolving platform. We want to learn from real use, feedback and community needs. For questions, suggestions or problems, use the current details on our Contact Us page.
