How It Works
Aviggo is designed to make it easier to discover local work, services and skilled people. Whether you need help with a task, want to earn through your skills, or run a local business, the platform provides a clear workflow in one place.
The steps below explain how Aviggo works from start to finish.
1. Create an Aviggo account
Start by creating an account. If you already have one, sign in. The same account can be used to find services, post jobs and manage your own Service Profile as needed.
2. Choose how you want to use Aviggo
One Aviggo account can support more than one role. You can:
- find local service providers as a customer;
- post a Job when you need help with a specific task;
- offer your skills and experience as a Service Provider;
- create a Local Business Profile for your shop or business.
Choosing one path does not lock you out of the others. You can use the same account differently as your needs change.
3. Search for a service directly
Use the Service Directory, Search and Categories to find people or businesses that match what you need. Results may use profession, category, location, profile relevance and other available information.
4. Use Near Me for nearby results
If you allow location access, Near Me can help surface relevant providers nearby. Distance ordering can make it easier to see closer profiles first. Location results are a discovery tool, so review the provider’s profile and information before hiring.
5. Review the provider profile
Before choosing someone, review available profile information such as:
- profession or service category;
- experience and service description;
- service area;
- availability or profession status;
- completed work information;
- ratings and reviews;
- business information and operating status where available.
Ratings and ranking can help with discovery, but they are not a guarantee of service quality.
6. Book a service directly
When a suitable provider offers a booking option, you can send a service request. Before proceeding, agree on the scope, timing, location, price or budget, materials and other important conditions.
7. Post a Job when you do not know who to choose
If you are not sure which provider to hire, post a Job. Add a clear title, category, location, timing, optional budget and a short description. Do not put sensitive personal information in a public job description.
8. Relevant providers can express interest
Your Job may be discoverable by relevant providers. A provider can mark themselves Interested when they want to be considered. Interest does not automatically mean that the provider has been selected or booked.
9. Select a provider
Review interested providers and compare relevant profile information, profession, experience, location, ratings and trust signals. You can then Select the provider you want and continue through the Aviggo booking flow.
10. Clarify the details in Messaging
Before work begins, confirm scope, timing, location, price, materials, delivery and other important details in Aviggo Messaging. Keeping relevant communication on the platform can make a later booking or dispute easier to understand. Never share passwords, OTPs, PINs or unnecessary sensitive information.
11. Follow booking progress
The Bookings workspace shows booking or order progress. The current flow can generally move through Pending → Accepted → In Progress → Ready → Completed. A Declined or Cancelled booking may end in that terminal state. Not every intermediate status is necessary for every type of service.
12. Leave a review after genuine completion
After real work has been completed, an honest rating and review can help other users make better decisions. Reviews should reflect genuine experience. Fake, paid, retaliatory or manipulated reviews are not allowed.
13. Create a Service Profile to earn through your skills
If you want to find work, create or complete your Service Profile from My Account. Individual providers can add professions, skills, experience, location, service descriptions, availability and other relevant information. Clear and truthful profiles help customers make informed decisions.
14. Manage more than one profession
Where multiple professions are available, an Individual provider can keep each profession active or inactive based on current availability. Turning off work you are not currently accepting gives customers a more accurate picture.
15. Use Aviggo as a Local Business
Local shops and businesses can use a Business Profile to show their business name, category, location, opening information and relevant service details. Customer orders or service requests can be managed through Bookings and Messaging.
16. Keep availability up to date
Keep Individual availability and Local Business live or regular status as current as reasonably possible. This helps customers understand whether you are ready to take work or orders and reduces avoidable cancellations.
17. Use notifications to follow important updates
Aviggo notifications may alert you to bookings, selections, messages or relevant account activity. Push notifications depend on browser or device permission, so check your account workspace when you have active bookings or requests.
18. Use Repeat Customer and business tools
Where available, the Business Dashboard and Repeat Customer information can help a business understand returning customers, orders and activity. These are management tools and do not replace a customer’s independent decision.
19. Manage everything from My Account
From My Account, you can access areas such as Account Details, Service Profile, Profession Status, Saved Providers, Requests, Jobs and Bookings. Available options may vary depending on your account and current platform features.
20. Work safely
Before a booking or in-person job, check relevant identity, qualifications, price and scope. Be cautious of unusual advance-payment requests, requests for OTPs or passwords, suspicious links, fake jobs and pressure tactics. See Safety & Trust and the Community Standards for more guidance.
21. Report a problem or contact Aviggo
Use the available Report feature for fake profiles, fraud, harassment, unsafe activity or policy violations. For account, privacy, technical or broader support matters, use Contact Us. In an immediate physical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency authority instead of waiting for Aviggo support.
