11. Information to include
Depending on the issue, the following can help:
- Your name;
- The email used for your Aviggo account;
- Relevant profile, job or booking reference;
- A short factual description;
- When the issue occurred;
- Relevant screenshots or supporting information;
- Any steps you have already taken.
Send only information that is reasonably necessary. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
12. Information you should never send
Do not send the following by email, social media message or chat, even if someone claims to be Aviggo support:
- Password;
- OTP or one-time code;
- Card PIN;
- Mobile-banking PIN;
- Recovery code;
- Unnecessary full financial credentials;
- Any other secret authentication information.
13. Response times
We try to review incoming communications as soon as reasonably possible. Timing may vary depending on complexity, verification requirements, safety issues or technical investigation. Aviggo does not promise a fixed response time.
For the same issue, continuing an existing email thread or reference can make the conversation easier to follow than starting repeated new messages.
14. Recognising official Aviggo communication
Use Hello@aviggo.com as the official email and the official social-profile links published above. Do not send passwords, OTPs or money to suspicious accounts, look-alike domains or unknown people.
Aviggo does not need your password or OTP to provide normal support.
15. Emergencies
Aviggo is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate threat to life, physical safety or a serious crime, do not wait for an Aviggo email or social-media response. In Bangladesh, contact the national emergency service at 999 or the appropriate law-enforcement or emergency authority as needed.
16. Changes to contact information
If Aviggo’s official email, social channels or contact methods change in the future, the current information will be published on this Contact Us page and the official Aviggo website. Check aviggo.com when you need the latest contact details.
