Community Guidelines
Last updated: September 13, 2026
Aviggo aims to build a local work and services community where people can interact with respect, honesty, safety and professionalism. These Community Standards apply to accounts, profiles, services, job posts, bookings, messaging, reviews, reports and other community interactions on Aviggo.
Read these Standards together with the Terms of Service, Safety & Trust Policy, Privacy Policy and Prohibited Services & Items Policy.
1. One core standard for everyone
Respect other users’ time, safety, property, personal boundaries and rights. Whether you are a customer, provider, business, worker or job poster, the same basic standards of conduct apply.
2. Be truthful and transparent
Do not intentionally misrepresent your identity, skills, experience, qualifications, business, service, price, availability, location or job requirements. Update profiles or listings when material information changes.
3. No impersonation
Do not pretend to be another person, organization, government body, brand or Aviggo representative. Using another person’s image, name, logo, credential or identity to mislead others is prohibited.
4. Profiles and credentials must be genuine
Do not claim skills, licences, certificates, education, completed work or experience you do not have. Providers are responsible for maintaining licences or authorizations required for regulated work.
5. Jobs and service listings must be genuine
Fake jobs, fake services, bait listings, misleading prices or posts created mainly to collect personal data are not allowed. Describe scope, location, timing, payment expectations and important conditions as clearly as reasonably possible.
6. Communicate respectfully
Keep communication professional and relevant. Insults, deliberate humiliation, repeated unwanted contact, aggressive pressure or degrading behavior are not acceptable. Disagreement is allowed; personal abuse is not.
7. No harassment, bullying or stalking
Repeated unwanted messages, stalking, intimidation, boundary violations, workplace harassment, online bullying or communication intended to frighten another user are prohibited. Reasonable requests to stop contact should be respected.
8. Threats and violence
Threats of physical harm, property damage, abduction, forced confinement, extortion, retaliation or other violence are prohibited. In immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service rather than waiting for a platform report to be reviewed.
9. Hateful or discriminatory conduct
Hateful attacks, degrading language or unlawful discriminatory conduct based on religion, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, occupational status or another personal characteristic are not acceptable. Legitimate service or safety requirements may be explained, but must not be used as a pretext for abuse.
10. Sexual harassment and unwanted sexual conduct
Unwanted sexual comments, propositions, explicit images, coercion, grooming, sexual blackmail or demands for sexual favors in exchange for work or payment are prohibited. Do not send sexual content unrelated to a legitimate service.
11. Protect children and vulnerable people
Services involving children, older people, people with disabilities or other vulnerable persons require additional care, lawful guardian consent where required, supervision and relevant professional safeguards. Child exploitation, grooming, abuse and sexualized requests are strictly prohibited.
12. Respect personal information and privacy
Do not disclose another person’s phone number, address, ID/passport data, banking information, private messages, exact location, private images or other sensitive information without permission or lawful authority. Do not request unnecessary personal information.
13. No doxxing
Publishing private addresses, contact details, workplace or family information to intimidate, harass, retaliate against or publicly shame another person is prohibited.
14. Consent for photos, video and recordings
Before publishing another user’s private image, video, call recording or conversation, make sure you have the necessary consent and legal right. Use particular care with private homes, children, client information and confidential work.
15. No fraud or scams
Fake payments, forged receipts, advance-payment scams, identity fraud, false business claims, deceptive recruitment, commission scams, phishing and other deceptive schemes are prohibited. Report suspicious conduct.
16. Be honest about payments
Do not falsely claim payment was made, use fake screenshots or receipts, secretly change an agreed amount, take an advance with no intention of providing the work, or deliberately avoid an agreed payment after work is completed. Genuine disputes should be handled with relevant evidence.
17. Do not ask for passwords or financial credentials
An ordinary marketplace transaction should not require another user’s password, OTP, PIN, full card credentials or account recovery code. Requesting or attempting to collect such credentials is prohibited.
18. No spam or unsolicited promotion
Do not send bulk messages, repeated promotional messages, irrelevant advertising, duplicate spam listings or mass solicitation without appropriate consent. Work-related communication should stay relevant and proportionate.
19. No fake accounts or ban evasion
Do not create fake accounts, use another person’s account, operate coordinated fake-account networks or attempt to bypass enforcement. Use authorized team or business features where available for legitimate shared business operations.
20. Do not manipulate search or ranking
Fake profiles, duplicate services, keyword stuffing, fabricated activity, location manipulation or other techniques designed to artificially influence Search or Smart Ranking are prohibited. Visibility should be earned through accurate and relevant information.
21. Use booking and job status honestly
Do not create fake bookings, mark nonexistent work as completed, use friends or connected accounts to fabricate completed jobs, or otherwise inflate platform metrics.
22. Reviews and ratings must be genuine
Reviews must be based on real experiences. Self-reviews, paid or fake reviews, reciprocal rating schemes, retaliatory reviews and fabricated reviews intended to damage a competitor are prohibited.
A negative review based on a genuine experience is not a violation merely because it is negative. Respectful, relevant and truthful criticism is important to the community.
23. Use messaging appropriately
Use messaging for work, services, bookings, delivery, price, timing or necessary support-related communication. Do not use it for malware, phishing links, obscene content, threats, spam or unlawful collection of personal information.
24. Conduct that moves off-platform
If an interaction begins on Aviggo and later moves to phone, WhatsApp, an in-person meeting or another channel, related off-platform conduct may still be relevant to a safety or policy review when it directly concerns a booking, payment, harassment, fraud or safety incident.
25. Do not accept unlawful or unsafe work
Do not post, accept or facilitate work that is unlawful, clearly unsafe, fraudulent or prohibited by Aviggo policy. See the Prohibited Services & Items Policy.
26. Respect intellectual property
Do not use another person’s logo, image, design, writing, portfolio, trademark, copyrighted material or business identity as your own without the necessary permission. Protected content may not be commercially used without the required rights or licence.
27. No malicious links, malware or unauthorized access
Malware, spyware, credential-stealing pages, malicious files, phishing links and attempts to access another person’s device, account or data without authorization are strictly prohibited. If you discover a security weakness, do not exploit it; report it responsibly to Aviggo.
28. Business Profile responsibilities
Do not misrepresent a business name, contact details, services, prices, delivery, warranty or offer. Where employees or representatives use a business account, the account owner should maintain appropriate control over activity conducted in the business’s name.
29. Provider responsibilities
Do not guarantee work beyond your capability. If you will be late, scope changes, costs increase or you cannot complete the job, inform the customer promptly. Follow relevant qualifications, safety equipment and professional standards for safety-sensitive work.
30. Customer and job-poster responsibilities
Describe job requirements, location, access conditions, budget and material risks as clearly as reasonably possible. Do not pressure a provider into work that was not disclosed, is unlawful, unsafe or outside the agreed scope. Act honestly regarding agreed payment and cancellations.
31. Cancellations and no-shows
Deliberate repeated no-shows, fake bookings, booking slots intended to harm another user or repeated unexplained cancellations may damage community trust. Notify the other party as early as reasonably possible. See the Booking, Cancellation, Refund & Disputes Policy.
32. Stay professional during disputes
If there is a dispute about quality, price, timing or payment, use relevant evidence, messages, receipts and booking information rather than threats or public shaming. Exercising a lawful right or making a truthful complaint is not a violation of these Standards.
33. Report problems
Use the available Report feature or Contact Us for fraud, harassment, fake profiles, prohibited services, privacy violations, threats, review abuse or other policy violations. Include relevant profile, booking, message, date and supporting evidence where possible.
34. No false reports or report abuse
Knowingly false reports made for retaliation, competitive harm, personal disputes or harassment are prohibited. A good-faith report is not a violation merely because the allegation cannot later be proven.
35. How moderation may work
Aviggo may consider reports, automated signals, account history, available messages or booking records, public content and relevant evidence. The same action may not be appropriate in every case; severity, context, repetition and safety risk may be considered.
36. Actions Aviggo may take
Depending on the nature and seriousness of a violation, Aviggo may:
- issue a warning;
- remove or limit content or listings;
- limit search or matching visibility;
- limit messaging or other features;
- remove manipulated reviews or activity;
- temporarily suspend an account;
- close an account for serious or repeated violations;
- and cooperate with valid lawful requests where required.
37. Context and proportional action
A mistake, misunderstanding and deliberate abuse are not necessarily treated the same way. Where appropriate, Aviggo may consider context, prior history, harm, intent, repetition and available evidence. Serious fraud, violence, exploitation or security risks may require immediate action.
38. Questions about account action
If you believe a moderation or account action was taken in error, you may contact Aviggo through an available support channel with relevant information. Where review is available, the matter may be reconsidered using the information available.
39. Emergencies and serious crime
For immediate physical danger, ongoing violence, serious crime or another emergency, do not wait for Aviggo support. Prioritize your safety and contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service.
40. Changes and contact
These Community Standards may be updated as Aviggo features, marketplace experience, safety risks or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be published on this page and reflected in the “Last updated” date.
For questions about these Standards or community-related complaints, use the current contact method on our Contact Us page.
