Aviggo অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন
এই পেজটা Aviggo অ্যাপ (Google Play) আর aviggo.com-এর জন্য। নিচের যেকোনো একভাবে অ্যাকাউন্ট আর এর তথ্য মুছতে পারবেন:
- অ্যাপ থেকে: প্রোফাইল ট্যাব → নিরাপত্তা ও গোপনীয়তা → অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন। তারপর পাসওয়ার্ড বা ইমেইলে আসা কোড দিয়ে নিশ্চিত করুন।
- এই পেজ থেকে: নিচে সাইন ইন করে নিশ্চিত করুন।
- সাইন ইন ছাড়া: অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেইল থেকে আমাদের ইমেইল করুন (নিচে ঠিকানা আছে)। আমরা যাচাই করে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে দেব।
যা মুছে যাবে: আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সাইন-ইনের তথ্য, প্রোফাইল ও ব্যবসার পেজ, পণ্য, ছবি, জব পোস্ট, কলের অনুরোধ, ড্রাইভারের কাগজ, সেটিংস, আর সব ফোনের সাইন-ইন।
যা নাম ছাড়া থাকবে: অন্যদের সাথে হওয়া অর্ডার, বুকিং, মেসেজ আর রাইডের হিসাব, যাতে অন্য পক্ষের রেকর্ড ঠিক থাকে। সেখানে আপনার নামের জায়গায় "মুছে ফেলা অ্যাকাউন্ট" দেখাবে, আর ঠিকানা ও ম্যাপের লোকেশন মুছে যাবে। চলমান অর্ডার বা বুকিং বাতিল হবে।
কতদিন: অ্যাপ বা এই পেজ থেকে মুছলে সাথে সাথে মুছে যায়। নাম ছাড়া রাখা হিসাব শুধু অন্য পক্ষ, বিরোধ, প্রতারণা ঠেকানো বা আইনের প্রয়োজনে যতদিন লাগে ততদিন থাকে।
মুছে ফেলার পর অ্যাকাউন্ট আর ফেরত আনা যাবে না।
এই পেজ থেকে মুছতে আগে সাইন ইন করুন।
সাইন ইন করতে না পারলে অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেইল থেকে Hello@aviggo.com ঠিকানায় "Delete my Aviggo account" লিখে ইমেইল করুন।

Delete your Aviggo account
This page is for the Aviggo app (Google Play) and aviggo.com. You can delete your account and its data in any of these ways:
- In the app: open the Profile tab → Security & privacy → Delete account, then confirm with your password or the code we email you.
- On this page: sign in below and confirm.
- Without signing in: email us from the address on your account (details below). We check the request and delete the account within 30 days.
Deleted: your account and sign-in details, profile and business pages, products, photos, job posts, call requests, driver documents, saved settings and all sign-in sessions on every phone.
Kept without your name: orders, bookings, messages and rides you had with other people, so the other side keeps its record. Your name is replaced with "Deleted account" and your address and map location on those records are erased. Open orders and bookings are cancelled.
How long: deletion is immediate when done in the app or on this page. Records kept without your name stay only as long as needed for the other person, disputes, fraud prevention or the law.
A deleted account cannot be recovered.
